This is a wonderful casserole for a brunch easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 slices of bread torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
  1. brown and drain sausage
  2. lightly beat the eggs and add sausage, cheese, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. mix to combine.
  3. add bread and mix
  4. pour into a casserole dish and refrigerate over night.
  5. the next day
  6. cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  7. slice and serve
