Very unusual and I know it sounds crazy and doesn't make a lot of sense, but it is very tasty. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1/3 ounce beef cooked and thinly sliced
  • 1 apple peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons broth
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped

Directions
  1. Put meat, onion slices and apple slices in a big bowl.
  2. Thin vinegar with a little broth then add oil and pour over all.
  3. Let it all sit and add the chives before serving with a hearty bread.
