Honey N Fruit Yogurt Tart Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup low-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 oz sliced kiwi fruit
  • 5 oz sliced peaches (fresh or water-pack)
  • 5 oz blueberries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Toss crumbs and orange juice until well coated.
  3. Press into an 8" pie plate that's been lightly greased.
  4. Bake 7 minutes, cool completely.
  5. Combine gelating and cold water, let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Microwave gelatin mixture 1-2 minutes, until clear, then stir it into the yogurt. Mix honey in thoroughly.
  7. Spread the yogurt mixture over the bottom.
  8. Return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  9. Arrange fruit on top. Chill one hour before serving.
