Artichoke Spinach Casserole

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. A great side dish for holiday meals. Goes wonderfuly with traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We all love it!
Ingredients
- ½ c green onion chopped shopping list
- ½ c butter shopping list
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 10 oz can artichoke hearts shopping list
- ½ pint sour cream shopping list
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- ½ c parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- sauté onion in butter
- add cooked, drained spinach
- add drained artichokes, sour cream, seasonings
- sprinkle cheese on top
- bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes
