How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • in a sauce pan melt butter and stir in flour over low heat
  • blend until smooth add salt and pepper
  • gradually add broth and milk stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
  • Add cheese and simmer about 10 minutes.
  • while sauce is simmering...
  • place pieces of toast on a baking sheet (2 pieces per serving)
  • place turkey on top of toast
  • spoon sauce on top of turkey
  • put 2 slices of tomato on each serving
  • sprinkle with paprika and crumbled bacon
  • bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
  • remove, plate, and enjoy
  • add a salad or some fresh steamed broccoli or asparagus
