Summer Vegetable Casserole

- 1 medium yellow squash shopping list
- 2 zucchini shopping list
- 1 Vidalia sweet onion shopping list
- 2-3 large tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups grated romano cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup buter shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly grease a 7x11 baking pan (or 9x13)
- Cut the zucchini, squash, tomatoes, and onions into thin slices
- Place down a layer of zucchini then a layer of squash then a sprinkle of salt, pepper, cheese and a few pats of butter
- Next add a layer of tomatoes and onions and then a sprinkle of salt, pepper, cheese and a few pats of butter
- Continue on with this until all vegetables are used up.
- Finish with a layer of breadcrumbs mixed with cheese
- Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
