Found this on the internet. I am always using Onion soup mix and since i have all the ingredients, why not make it myself...minus some of the salt. I find onion soup mix to be WAY too salty!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry minced onion
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup parsely --freeze dried
  • 2 tbsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp pepper ( i may add more)
  • 2 ounces beef bouillon
  • 1/4 cup brown gravy power

Directions
  1. Mix together
  2. 1/4 cup = 1 enevelop onion soup mix
