I am not sure anymore where i found this. I know i did find it while looking at a bulk cooking site. Looks like a great mix to have as a staple though.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp ground marjoram
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tbsp ground oregano
  • 1 tbsp ground thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic salt (i may use powder...seems to be too much salt in this recipe)
  • 1 tbsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper ( i may add this, we like a little heat)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and blend well. Spoon mixture into a small airtight container and label as Chicken Coating Mix.
  2. Store in cool dry place.
  3. Makes around 1/2 cup of mix
