How to make it

  • Put the grated bottle gourd on a sieve and squeeze the excess water as much as you can .
  • Leave aside for 5 mins .
  • Again squeeze it .
  • Put the sieve on top of a white folded cloth for 10 mins and let it absorb all the wetness .
  • Now in a mixing bowl , add this to all the other ing .
  • Make 12 balls and fry until golden .
  • Serve at once .
