Bottlegourd Kofta

- 1 medium bottle gourd , peeled , cored and grated shopping list
- 1 medium onion , thinly sliced and chopped shopping list
- 2 fresh green chillies , thinly sliced and chopped shopping list
- 1 sprig of curryleaves , thinly sliced and chopped shopping list
- 1 stalk corriander leaves , thinly sliced and chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp chilli pwd shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 4 tsp gramflour shopping list
How to make it
- Put the grated bottle gourd on a sieve and squeeze the excess water as much as you can .
- Leave aside for 5 mins .
- Again squeeze it .
- Put the sieve on top of a white folded cloth for 10 mins and let it absorb all the wetness .
- Now in a mixing bowl , add this to all the other ing .
- Make 12 balls and fry until golden .
- Serve at once .
