This recipe appeared in Week 1 of Nataniël's Festive Kitchen cooking program. Its quicky & easy 7 perfect for theses cold days.

Ingredients
  • 400ml Fresh Milk
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3 heaped tbsp castor sugar

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk well
  2. Pour into six ramekins
  3. Place in oven tray
  4. Pour warm water into tray (going halfway up the ramekins)
  5. Bake in oven at 170˚C for 20 to 25 minutes
