Pickled Radish

- red or white radishes, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 cups white vinegar shopping list
- 2 cloves shopping list
- 10 black peppercorns shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- a slice of fresh ginger shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Bring all ingredients except radishes to the boil, then add radishes and return to the boil.
- Transfer to jars. Store in the fridge for about one week.
