Easy Alfredo Sauce

- 1 pint heavy cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 package shredded parmeson cheese shopping list
- 1 stick real butter shopping list
- 3 shakes nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- 1. spray stone with pam
- 2. warm up heavy cream first
- 3. add the rest of the ingredients
- 4. cook on low for 2-3 hours. You have to keep an eye so that you don't burn or discolor the heavy cream. Each slow cooker varies on time due to size, age, and so on.
- Optional: After two hours of cooking, I typically add a batch of 1/2 cooked noodles and turn my slowcooker to "keep warm" for an hour and 15 mins. This way the whole batch is creamy, warm, and perfect. If I am serving the dish for a party, I shrinkle the top with a small amount of shredded jack cheese and a light dusting of nutmeg. My kids perfer the jack cheese. Enjoy!
