Corkscrew Pasta mushroom and blue cheese salad

- 3/4 to 1 lb corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained ( we use whole wheat pasta ) shopping list
- 1 cup sauteed mushrroms ( any kind ) shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- Coarse chopped Tbs of fresh basil, dill, oregano and parsley or to taste shopping list
- Mayonaisse to bind shopping list
- Aged balsamic vinegar, mixed into the mayo ( start with 1 Tbs to taste ) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute enough mushrooms in some olive oil/butter as desired l to make one cup and cool.
- Simply mix all together.
- Season to taste,
- Serve warm or chilled
