SKILLET HERB ROASTED CHICKEN

- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground dried sage leaves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed shopping list
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 Tbs. butter OR margarine shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) shopping list
- 1/2 C. water shopping list
- 4 C. hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, sage and thyme.
- Coat chicken with flour mixture.
- Heat butter in skillet.
- Add chicken and cook 15 min. or until done.
- Remove and keep warm.
- Add soup and water.
- Heat through.
- Serve over chicken with rice.
- Serves 4.
