How to make it

  • Brown pork chops in oil for about 7 minutes on each side.
  • When you have finished browning the meat, add the sweet and sour sauce and pineapple chunks (I drain half of the juice off) to the pan. Cover and cook about 3-5 minutes more or until sauce thickens and pineapple is warm.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
