Ingredients
  • 1 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (about 3 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Place potatoes in 3-qt. shallow baking dish.
  3. Pour broth over potatoes.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake for 40 min.
  6. Uncover and bake 15 min. or until tender.
