How to make it

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. In a medium mixing bowl
  • combine thoroughly the crushed oranges orange juice, honey, thyme and rosemary until well blended.
  • Set aside.
  • Place steaks on heated grill grid and grill, uncovered, 14 to 16 minutes until steaks are medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally with tongs and basting with honey orange glaze.
