How to make it

  • Cut cauliflower in flowerettes and parboil.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Slightly beat eggs, with flour, salt & pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Dip each flowerette into the egg mix.
  • Fry in the oil until golden brown.
  • Drain on a paper towel.
  • Serve still warm.
