Ingredients

How to make it

  • Core Cabbage leaving a 3-4 inch cavity
  • Sprinkle the cavity with salt and pepper
  • Fill with diced onion
  • If using bacon place on top of onion
  • If using margarine place on top of onion
  • Double wrap in foil
  • Place on grill with cavity upright
  • Cook over indirect heat for 2-3 hours until soft
