I think this would be good for a party or brunch buffet.

Ingredients
  • 2 C. (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • Assorted fresh fruit

Directions
  1. In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, pudding mix, milk, lemon juice and peel until blended.
  2. Serve with fruit.
  3. Yield: 2 cups
