Macoroni And Cheese

- 1-16oz.Pkg. Elbows macaroni shopping list
- 1-8oz pkg of New York Mild Chedar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 Stick of Land of Lakes butter shopping list
- 8 Slices of Land of Lakes American cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper shopping list
- 1 cup of milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare Macaroni according to Pkg. instructions. Cooking for 10 Minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water. Return to Pot. Season with salt and pepper and toss. Set aside,while,preparing 8 inch meatloaf pan with butter. Rub a Tablespoon of the butter in the bottom and sides of pan until well season. Add a 1/3 of the Macaroni to the pan. Add about 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Butter cut into very small pieces and spread evenly on top of Macaroni. Add 2 Slices of American Cheese cut into small pieces and spread evenly on top of buttered macaroni. Slice Cheddar Cheese into 1/4 inch and then cut small 1/2 inch pieces and spread evenly across top of buttered macaroni and american cheese that's already in the pan. Now, Beat lightly 3 Eggs into 1 cup of Milk. Pour a 1/3 of the mixture over the macaroni and cheese that's already in the pan. Repeat two more layers. Bake for 35-40 Minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
