Ingredients
  • 1-16oz.Pkg. Elbows Macaroni
  • 1-8oz pkg of New York Mild Chedar Cheese
  • 1/2 Stick of Land of Lakes Butter
  • 8 Slices of Land of Lakes American Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of White Pepper
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 3 Eggs

Directions
  1. Prepare Macaroni according to Pkg. instructions. Cooking for 10 Minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water. Return to Pot. Season with salt and pepper and toss. Set aside,while,preparing 8 inch meatloaf pan with butter. Rub a Tablespoon of the butter in the bottom and sides of pan until well season. Add a 1/3 of the Macaroni to the pan. Add about 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Butter cut into very small pieces and spread evenly on top of Macaroni. Add 2 Slices of American Cheese cut into small pieces and spread evenly on top of buttered macaroni. Slice Cheddar Cheese into 1/4 inch and then cut small 1/2 inch pieces and spread evenly across top of buttered macaroni and american cheese that's already in the pan. Now, Beat lightly 3 Eggs into 1 cup of Milk. Pour a 1/3 of the mixture over the macaroni and cheese that's already in the pan. Repeat two more layers. Bake for 35-40 Minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
