quick version of the all so popular shepherds pie

Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs. hamburger meat browned
  • 1 small onion optional
  • 1 jar Boston market brown gravy
  • 1 can corn drained
  • instant potatoes (4-6 serving portion)
  • cheddar cheese about 1 cup

Directions
  1. mix the hamburger and gravy layer on bottom of baking dish
  2. then layer the corn
  3. followed by the mashed potatoes
  4. top with cheese bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. makes 1 8x8 pan.
