Impress your guests by serving it with whipped cream . It can be frozen but just reheat it before serving .

Ingredients
- 200 g milk powder and sugar
- 100 g butter , melted
- 75 g almonds , grounded
- 25 g flaked almonds
- 3 eggs , beaten
- 1/2 tsp saffron strands
Directions
- Pre heat oven at 160 deg .
- Place the grounded almonds , milk pwd , sugar and saffron strands in a mixing bowl .
- Pour the butter and mix well .
- Add the eggs and blend well .
- Spread in a 9 inch shallow dish and bake for 45 mins .
- Cut into slices and decorate with flaked almonds .
- Serve hot .
