This is another quick and easy salad my children grew to love around the holidays. They always asked for it.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup miniature marshmellows
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple or tidbits
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
  • 8 maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions
  1. Combine all above ingredients except for the cherries.
  2. Garnish with cherries.
  3. Regrigerate for several hours before serving.
