These are a twist on the crescent wrapped hot dog. They're very quick and yummy!! You can change the heat and flavor by the cheese and salsa you choose to use.

Ingredients
  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (15-oz.) can Refried Beans
  • 6 Tbsp Thick n Chunky Salsa (use the temp you desire)
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. On each tortilla, spread a generous 1/4 cup refried beans to within 1 inch
  3. of edge.
  4. Spoon 1 Tbsp salsa over beans
  5. Place 1 hot dog near edge of tortilla
  6. sprinkle 1/6 of cheese next to hot dog
  7. Start rolling tortilla over hot dog
  8. Fold up bottom and continue rolling, leaving top open.
  9. Repeat to make remaining sandwiches
  10. Place seam side down in an ungreased 12 x 8 inch (2 quart) or
  11. 13 x 9 inch (3 quart) baking dish
  12. Cover dish tightly with foil
  13. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until hot dogs are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted
  14. OR IN MICROWAVE
  15. Prepare sandwiches same way as above
  16. Cover tightly with microwave-safe plastic wrap
  17. Microwave on HIGH for 5-7minutes or until hot dogs are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted
  18. Rotate dish once halfway through cooking.
