How to make it

  • Place two cookies next to eachother - bottoms up.
  • Spread cool-whip on one of the cookies
  • Put a spoonfull of ice cream on the other cookie.
  • Put both cookies together to make a Cherry Chocolate Ice cream sandwhich!
