Arizona Salsa

- 3 Large tomatoes shopping list
- 1 small can chopped black olives shopping list
- 2-3 green onions shopping list
- 2 tsp ground coriander seeds shopping list
- 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 small chopped jalapeno (if desired) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- juice of 2 limes shopping list
- 1 small can green chilis shopping list
How to make it
- Wash tomatoes onions, jalapeno, limes, cilantro
- Chop tomatoes, onions and add to bowl, cilantro.
- Mince garlic, add to bowl.
- Add olives and green chilis to the bowl, do not drain the juices.
- Use gloves to handle the jalapeno, chop and add to bowl.
- Grind coriander seeds and add to bowl.
- Add olive oil and salt to taste
- Add juice of the limes
- Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
- Be very careful with the Jalapeno. I have found them to be quite mild when they are uncooked, but occasionally they can be very hot. Add only enough to suit your palate.
