Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 16 ounce bottle french dressing

8 ounces apricot preserves

1 chicken cut up (assorted parts work fine too!)

3 cups cooked rice

Directions

mix soup dressing and preserves well

place chicken parts in roasting pan

pour sauce over chicken

bake at 325 for one hour

serve over rice

This sounds like it would be very good with chicken. I have used similar ingredients to this. I think I might try it with the Kraft Russian dressing instead of the French. I'm keeping this one! thanks!
