Rum Balls

- 1 packet of crushed arrowroot biscuits shopping list
- 1 cup dessicated coconut shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa shopping list
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup of rum shopping list
How to make it
- Crush biscuits finely. Add coconut and cocoa and mix well. Splash in the rum and then stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Form into balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles or cocoa.
- Place in a container and store in the fridge for 24 hours. They actually get tastier as the days go by!
- Recipe substitute ideas...
- -Add chopped raisins or toasted nuts. Pecans, almond and macadamia nuts are great!
