Delicious Beef Sukiyaki

- 20 slices of beef......... gently rolled shopping list
- 2 sticks leek chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp spring onions chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped shopping list
- 300g Chinese white cabbage (Cut into bite pieces) shopping list
- 2 pieces of tofu (choose the tofu that you like and cut to pieces) shopping list
- 1 packet Shitake mushrooms shopping list
- 1 packet Japanese Glass noodles shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine) shopping list
- 3 tbsp sake (Japanese cooking rice wine) shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cut all the ingredients accordingly and cleansed with water.
- Combine all sauce's ingredients and bring to boil.
- Add in the white cabbage and chopped leeks.
- Now the steamboat is ready.
- Start enjoying the dish!
- *The beaten eggs are for you to dip in after dipping the beef slices into the soup.

soooooooo good... and light! I had to use low sodium soy.... but it was still wonderful.
