Mexican Spinach Quiche

- 1 pre shell shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons of flour shopping list
- 2 pkgs frozen creamed spinach, thawed shopping list
- ½ lb grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 2/3 cups milk or cream shopping list
- 1 env. Dry onion soup shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Blend soup mixture with flour, add spinach and half of cheese; spoon into pre shell.
- Cover with beaten eggs and cream.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
