- 1 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. paprika shopping list
- Tabasco (to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 bottle beer (flat) shopping list
- 1 egg yolk, beaten shopping list
- Wheat toast shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter in the top of a double-boiler.
- Add cheese and stir slowly, adding seasonings and beer.
- Stir steadily, this needs to be smooth.
- Add the egg yolk slowly to the hot cheese mix.
- Have th etoast ready on hot plates, and pour the rabbit over.
