Peanut Butter Balls

These cookies are fun for kids to make and eat [as well as adults hehehe].
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons softened margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 8 ounces chocolate-flavored confectioners' coating shopping list
How to make it
- Stir peanut butter and margarine together
- Gradually add sugar stirring till all is combined
- shape into one-inch balls
- place them on wax paper
- melt confectioners' coating
- cool the coating slightly
- dip balls into coating letting excess drip off
- place back on wax paper
- let stand until coating is dry
- enjoy!
