How to make it

  • Slice banana into bite-size chunks.
  • Cut guava in half and scoop out pulp
  • Put the fruit in the blender together
  • Pour in lemon juice and half of oj in the blender
  • Add one handful of ice to blender and blend
  • After the ice is blended fairly well, add the honey, the rest of the oj, and the rest of the ice into the blender and blend to the consistancy you prefer
  • Also good with plain or vanilla yogurt or soy protein mix blended in.
