Healthy Tuna Casserole

An old WW recipe that we liked so much we have kept it around for years. Tasty, healthy, easy to prepare what more could we ask for. Hope you enjoy it too
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen cauliflower or if wish can use fresh just adjust cooking time shopping list
- 1 can water packed tuna drained shopping list
- 1 cup canned or frozen peas shopping list
- 1 TBLS dried minced onions - again can use fresh if wish shopping list
- 2 TBLS tomato juice shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- can add a can of drained mushrooms sliced or pieces to the dish if wish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook cauliflower till fairly soft as it is to be mashed
- Drain cauliflower and roughly mash it
- Add all other ingredients
- Put into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray
- Bake in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes
