How to make it

  • Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  • Mix graham crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  • Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Smash berries with fork; stir into cheese mixture.
  • Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Spoon over crust; cover.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan before cutting into pieces to serve.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Store any leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

    I made a 9" and a 6", and gave the 9" to my sister. My husband, before he tasted it said, "Why didn't you make it blueberry?" After he ate some, he said, "Why'd you give away my other pie!"

    I tried this tonight. It was fun to make and tasted different from my usual dessert! BTW, do you completely mix in the blackberries, or just swirl them in? The picture looks about like the way I did it.
