Potatoe Casserole

- 2 pounds package hash browns(cubed potatoes) shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1-10 ounce bag of grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup of melted butter shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup of melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes (can be substituted with Rice Krispies) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all eight ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the mixture in a 9*13 greased pan.
- Combine the topping and sprinkle over the potatoes.
- Bake at 350C for an hour.
- Garnish with finely chopped chives or dried parsley.
