Fish Chowder

- 2 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 lb. flounder shopping list
- 1/2 lb. shrimp shopping list
- 1/2 lb. scallops shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup shopping list
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. sherry shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter. Add seafood, 1 cup milk, salt, pepper & parsley to taste.
- Let simmer till seafood is cooked (about 25 minutes).
- Add both soups and 1 cup milk.
- Simmer till all is blended together.
- Just before serving, add sherry.
