How to make it

  • Melt butter. Add seafood, 1 cup milk, salt, pepper & parsley to taste.
  • Let simmer till seafood is cooked (about 25 minutes).
  • Add both soups and 1 cup milk.
  • Simmer till all is blended together.
  • Just before serving, add sherry.

    hi...this sounds great!....I've never seen cream of shrimp soup before in my neighborhood though.....You got any suggestions on a substitution if I dont find it?...thanks...
