How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
  • Place as many tortillas as you can fit on a baking sheet, light oiled with canola oil spray.
  • Cut torillas carefully into triangles.
  • Place in oven.
  • Bake for 3 minutes.
  • Open oven and spread butter light onto the triangles.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar lightly.
  • When you notice the tortillas are starting to appear golden and appear somewhat crisp (about 2-3 minutes), prepare chocolate drizzle by melting chocolare bars in microwave in a bowl for about 30 seconds or until pourable consistency.
  • Remove from tortillas from oven and drizzle chocolate over the tortilla crisps.
  • Allow to cool so the chocolate hardens.
  • If desired serve with vanilla icecream and cherries, topped with caramel.
