Chocolate Cinnamon Fiesta Crisps Recipe

Chocolate Cinnamon Fiesta Crisps Recipe
I came up with this bazaar idea to try this after I tasted something similar a couple years back at a local Mexican cantina. These cinnamon crisps are great snacks for kids or great topped with icecream and caramel topping. :)

Ingredients
  • 2 Hershey's Chocolate Bar
  • 10 Soft Flour Tortillas
  • Margarine Spread or Butter Spread
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown Sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
  2. Place as many tortillas as you can fit on a baking sheet, light oiled with canola oil spray.
  3. Cut torillas carefully into triangles.
  4. Place in oven.
  5. Bake for 3 minutes.
  6. Open oven and spread butter light onto the triangles.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar lightly.
  8. When you notice the tortillas are starting to appear golden and appear somewhat crisp (about 2-3 minutes), prepare chocolate drizzle by melting chocolare bars in microwave in a bowl for about 30 seconds or until pourable consistency.
  9. Remove from tortillas from oven and drizzle chocolate over the tortilla crisps.
  10. Allow to cool so the chocolate hardens.
  11. If desired serve with vanilla icecream and cherries, topped with caramel.
