How to make it

  • Chop the onion fine in the food processor
  • Mix well with the vegetable juice and Worcestershire sauce and add black pepper - as much or as little as you want
  • Voila, you have Your Basic Bare Bones Gazpacho - it gets even better after a day or 2 in the fridge.
  • And there are a wealth of other things you can add including such things as chopped celery, olive oil, mashed garlic, vinegar or lemon juice, chopped green pepper, croutons. etc, etc, etc
  • I once made this recipe and used part of it as Gazpacho, made it into a salsa with a packet of salsa mix and used part of it for tacos and then used it for spaghetti sauce. How great is that???
