How to make it

  • Combine all of the ingredients and beat until well mixed.
  • Heat a lightly greased skillet; remove from heat. Spoon in 2 tbsp. batter (I used 4 tbsp., b/c I couldn't get it to cover the bottom of the skillet with only 2). Return to heat; brown on 1 side only.
  • Continue making the crepes until the batter is used up. Invert over paper towels.
  • Top with your choice of spreads or fillings and enjoy!

    You don't need a crepe maker, a perfect pan for crepes is about an 8" non-stick skillet. If it is fairly new and unscarred by utensils you won't even have to spray it, yet the crepe will slip right out! A trick is not to try to make them too big. There's more room for error when trying to flip a 10" or 12" crepe!
