Grilled Chuck Steak Recipe

Nice recipe for marinated grilled chuck steak. Marinade makes the meat tender.

Ingredients
- 1c chopped onion
- 1c ketchup
- 1/3c brown sugar
- 1/3c red wine vinegar
- 1Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1/4tsp red pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Ina non-metallic container,place ingredients and chuck steak,toss to coat. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove from frig 1/2 hour before cooking to allow meat to become room temperature.
- Grill to your liking. Thow away leftover marinade.

Have you tried a chuck eye steak? These are cheap and as flavorful and tender as a ribeye. Here in Nebraska we pay about $4 lb. Try them if you can find them, you won't be disappointed:)
