I have made these little jewels for years now and just found this recipe on an unlabeled CD so glad that I did to. These are so pretty for Christmas parties.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 pkgs. (8-oz. each) cream cheese (I use the store brand), softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions
  1. Mix crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar, press onto bottom of 13x9" baking pan.
  2. Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add eggs, mix until blended.
  4. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake at 350*F. for 30 minutes or until center is almost set, cool.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Cut into bars.
  8. Decorate bars with decorating gels and sprinkles to resemble presents.
  9. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
