Coconut Crunchies

Chocolate Crunchies are commonly used to make up a layer of ice cream cake . They are generally sandwiched in between two layers of ice cream .
Ingredients
- 175 g butter shopping list
- 125 g caster sugar shopping list
- 200 g flour and pinch of salt , sifted shopping list
- 100 g dessicated coconut shopping list
- 100 g chocolate pwd shopping list
- 2 tbsp honey shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy .
- Whisk in the flour , dessicated coconut , chocolate pwd , honey and essence .
- Grease a baking tray .
- Place a spoonful of mixture on the tray , leaving enough space in between .
- Bake at 180 deg for 15 mins until the cookies are pale golden colour .
- Cool before removing from trays .
