Fudge is a type of confectionary which is usually very sweet, extremely rich and sometimes flavored with cocoa . Chocolate can also be mixed in to make chocolate fudge and can also be used in brownies .

Ingredients
  • Makes 30 pieces
  • 2 tbsp cocoa pwd
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 g chopped walnuts / dessicated coconut

Directions
  1. Add the milk , sugar , milk and butter in a heavy bottom pan .
  2. Cook stirring all the time till it forms a lump .
  3. Remove from fire .
  4. Add the nuts and mix .
  5. Spread on a greased plate .
  6. Cool and cut into squares .
