How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Combine the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat well, until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the honey, continuing to mix, and then beat in the flour a little at a time.
  • Add the nuts.
  • Allow mixture to rest for 1/2 hour.
  • Grease a baking sheet.
  • Drop small mounds of batter on the sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are a rich brown.
