Ingredients

How to make it

  • Roll rabbit pieces in mixrure of flour salt n pepper.
  • Brown the rabbit in at least 4 tablespoons of oil or shortening.
  • When browned add onion and lemon juice.
  • Cover n cook until nice n tender. about 30 minutes or so.

    LOL Jenny, I also ahve pet rabbits, could never raise em to eat though, I get to attached.

    My Mom use to make us kids fried rabbit.But no way would I eat it now,they are one of my favorite of God's creatures.
    My uncle years ago had a rabbit farm,quite an operation,automatic feeders,watering.He made a good living at it.
    Guess I have just gotten soft in my old age.
