Ingredients

12 large strawberries

3 oz goat cheese

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp nonfat milk

1/2 tsp poppy seeds

1 tsp lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar

Directions

Rinse and dry strawberries.

With a paring knife, remove the hull and inner meat of the strawberry. Cut the meat of the berry from the hull, and save the green stem and hull.

Mix stuffing ingredients until incorporated.

Stuff filling into the berry, and place the hull back on top. Serve cold.
