Stuffed Strawberries II

A sensual delight best shared on a sunset picnic or in the light of the refrigerator a la 9 1/2 Weeks. Mix with the Stuffed Strawberries I">other stuffed strawberry recipe for even more thrills.
Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries shopping list
- 3 oz goat cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp nonfat milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and dry strawberries.
- With a paring knife, remove the hull and inner meat of the strawberry. Cut the meat of the berry from the hull, and save the green stem and hull.
- Mix stuffing ingredients until incorporated.
- Stuff filling into the berry, and place the hull back on top. Serve cold.
