A sensual delight best shared on a sunset picnic or in the light of the refrigerator a la 9 1/2 Weeks. Mix with the other stuffed strawberry recipe for even more thrills.

Ingredients
  • 12 large strawberries
  • 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 tsp super-fine granulated sugar
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp grated dark chocolate

Directions
  1. Rinse and dry strawberries.
  2. With a paring knife, remove the hull and inner meat of the strawberry. Cut the meat of the berry from the hull, and save the green stem and hull.
  3. Mix stuffing ingredients until incorporated.
  4. Stuff filling into the berry, and place the hull back on top. Serve cold.
