Ingredients

4 Cups mashed sweet potatoes

1 Cup Sugar

4 Eggs beaten

1\2 Cup melted Butter

1 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Teaspoon grated Nurmeg

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Cups Mini Marshmellows

1 Cup Coconut

Topping:

11\2 Cup crushed Cornflakes

1\2 Cup brown sugar

1 Cup Pecan pieces

1\2 Cup melted Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Grease a 9x13 pan.

Stir together sweet potato mixture.

Put into pan.

Bake for 20 minutes

Meanwhile mix together topping ingredients.

Put topping on sweet potatoes.

Bake 10 more minutes.
